Methodology
We use every active rental listing on imot.bg, alo.bg and homes.bg; a home posted on several sites is counted once. The median is the price half of the listings are below, so a few very expensive offers do not skew it. Prices are asking prices, not signed contracts. A neighbourhood is shown once it has at least 8 listings. Time on market is the median number of days from publication until a listing disappears, over the last 90 days. Gross yield is the median annual rent per m² divided by the median sale price per m², before taxes and costs.
